E-Learning Instructional Designer

We are looking for a creative and adaptable Instructional Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality e-learning solutions, collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content meets client needs.

As this is a remote position, candidates must be flexible with working hours to accommodate client time zones. Proficiency in English and experience with e-learning authoring tools such as IsEazy, Synthesia, and Adobe Captivate is required. Additionally, you will need your own laptop or computer with reliable internet access.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using tools like IsEazy, Synthesia, and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather course content and ensure it aligns with learning objectives.
• Develop learner-centered course materials that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Adapt to varying client schedules and time zones for smooth collaboration.
• Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses for functionality, engagement, and usability.
• Ensure content is clear, concise, and accessible for a wide range of learners.
