Overview
Will focus on seeking funds in the retail segment in the selected area. The scope of FO's work is not only seeking funds but also managing funds, and maintaining good relationships with customers, both new and existing.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential business from customers
- Promoting and marketing the product especially funding product (Deposit and CASA)
- Responsible for conducting fund raising customers (funding)
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers
Requirements
Minimal Bachelor degree in any fieldAt least 3 years of working experience as Relationship Manager Funding (retail and corporate) in Banking IndustryExperienced in Deposit and CASA productHaving proven experience in building customer loyaltyGood interpersonal and negotiation skillsOwn and able to develop a personal network of customersOutstanding interpersonal and communication skill, excellent selling skill, target-oriented, and have self confidence#J-18808-Ljbffr
