Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new resellers and modern trade partners to expand the company's distribution network
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners to secure long-term collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and modern trade clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
- Provide support and guidance to partners to help them optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous partner engagement.
- Track and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on acquisition progress, partner performance, and market trends. Ensure all partners comply with company policies and sales agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition (preferably in reseller and modern trade sectors).Proven track record in acquiring and managing reseller networks and modern trade accounts.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and proactively drive results.Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and expand the business.Have a motorcycle and SIM CProduct : F&B (Food and healthy Snack)
