Job Responsibilities
- Develop new customer base within Thailand, covering both importers and exporters.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, offering value-added services where appropriate.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers to present the company's services.
- Respond to customer needs, negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve targeted profit margins
- Co-ordinate with overseas agents and relevant internal departments to ensure seamless import / export services for customers throughout the process.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the department head and management for analysis and sales performance improvement.
Experience requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding industrySolid understanding of international freight forwarding processes.Responsible, service-minded, and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in both Thai and English for business communication.Possess a valid driver's license and able to travel to meet clients.Education requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
