Remind (Recycling Materials for Indonesia), listed as PT Daur Material Indonesia at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, is an electronic waste management start-up that specializes in the collection, processing, and distribution of electronic waste products. With a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we are dedicated to helping individuals and businesses dispose of their e-waste in an eco-friendly manner while providing top-quality service and support.

We have a mission to manage and reduce e-waste streams along with enhancing public awareness through justifiable recycling. The economic worth of e-waste and the health of nature will be recovered as a result. In four terms, we summed up our fundamental values : Integrity, Precision, Responsiveness, and Empowerment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support fundraising, business expansion, and operational scalability.
  • Create detailed financial models for short-, mid-, and long-term planning, including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor budget realization across divisions, identify variances, and provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, investments, partnerships, and major capital expenditures.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present cash flow forecasts, P&L statements, and other financial reports to guide management decisions.
  • Manage fund flows (inflows & outflows), accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment cycles to optimize liquidity.
  • Establish, document, and maintain finance SOPs, approval workflows, and robust internal control procedures.
  • Support investor, donor, and funding partner reporting with clear, timely, and accurate financial data and projections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial planning with operational goals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and accountability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or any related field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of finance management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing business environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company growth objectives.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets for financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience implementing or working with ERP system is a plus.
  • Presentation skills using Google Slides or similar tools are a plus.
