Project Site Coordinator

Job Description Summary : Project Engineer will work under a project manager and will be involved in the whole project life cycle, i.e. from initiation to closure of the project. He / she will work together with project manager to ensure the project is completed according to existing procedures, work schedule, drawings and specifications as well as contract requirements.

Job Description

• Review all engineering documents, technical specifications and drawings issued by the engineering team for the assigned project.
• Coordinate with project management team on site and engineering team at head office in resolving any engineering and design related issues.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure the project is executed and any issues are resolved according to the agreed procedures, timelines and work schedule.
• Work together with project manager in the project planning, execution and monitoring throughout the project duration and provide a routine project progress report to subdivision head and division head.
• Work together with project manager in identifying changes in issues, risk and opportunity that occur throughout the project, and in providing lessons learnt at the end of the project.
