Create a roadmap to define long term research strategy of the research group, fitting into the mission and research objectives of BINUS University. 2. Ensure that the RIG will produce research and publication in the international level. and contribution to the research roadmap. 3. Working with Research Interest Group (RIG) team to develop, implement and monitor the annual scientific plans, program, and projects to meet strategic objectives and agreed timings 4. Lead the team to compete for research grants / endowments. 5. Manage the team in applying their research innovation, especially in integrating the research into related academic curriculum. 6. Manage research activities within the group and its partners, including the dissemination of research results 7. Provide consultation to the group members and faculty members on potential and ongoing research 8. Produce Intellectual Capital / patents for research outputs 9. Provide content related support to Vice Rector - Research & Technology Transfer in setting up and maintaining collaborative research agreements 10. Collaborate with external parties (universities, NGO, etc) to increase research / publication output. 11. Identify prospective funding sources, new funding initiatives and respond to opportunities for supplementary funds to existing projects. 12. Develop grant proposals by identifying research topics, designing research projects, identifying the needs of the studies, and designing innovative tools and programs 13. Manage grant proposal submission process with the management committee 14. Act as expert figure in promoting knowledge-related to the RIG. (i.e. columnist in a media or spokesperson in public seminar, etc)Management Support Activities :

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement :
• Minimum Doctoral (S3)
• Jenjang jabatan akademik : Minimum LektorWork Exposure / Experience :
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• Minimum 7 years of working experienceSpecial Skills :
