Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance. 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (audit or public accounting firm background is a plus). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow, and internal controls. Able to work under pressure, results- and target-oriented. High initiative, creative, innovative, and eager to grow. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SAP / Accurate / ERP). Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, disciplined, and highly committed. Extra advantage if you understand : Manufacturing cycle (inventory, costing, COGM / COGS, fixed assets). Retail cycle (sales, daily cash management, accounts payable / receivable, inventory, store operating expenses). Exposure to cross-business unit operations. Opportunity to contribute to system improvements & financial process enhancement.
