Customer Service Engineer (Installation & Startup Support)
Location : Jakarta, Indonesia
Siemens Healthineers invites you to join our Customer Services team to execute all service and installation activities under the guidance of the Head of Installation.
Responsibilities
- Perform system startup, commissioning, mechanical support / installations, corrective repairs, and updates / upgrades of all products within your area of expertise.
- Communicate and accept operative advice from the Head of Installation.
- Support the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all related activities.
- Escalate incidents according to defined parameters and inform the Head of Installation of all escalation issues.
- Report any customer complaints related to project execution with proper documentation to the Head of Installation.
- Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, and technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers.
- Maintain the highest customer satisfaction within the framework of Siemens Healthineers and Customer Services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro Medic. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Willingness to travel within the states of Indonesia.As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.
