Job Description

• Produce and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi-annual / annually) regarding all activities or issues within his / her area of responsibility.
• Develop, maintain and improve the relationship with relevant parties such as school staff and teachers, students, and parents and other stakeholder, to support the achievement of the position’s targets.
• Organize the ordering and distribution of school’s materials for staff and students.
• Provide administrative support in preparing and administering exam paper.
• Check, monitor and keep records of the teacher (include Part-timer teacher) and student attendance lists each day.
• Undertake the routine of telephone duties, take messages, and arrange internal & external appointment / meeting.
• Be responsible for the school data base.
• Recommend improvement as based on the facts faced in the school daily operations to the school principal.
• Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor.
