Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive in Accounting, and Taxation to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in managing AP transactions of Singapore company, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and overseeing tax compliance like withholding tax and PPN / GST. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Accounting : Input Purchase transactions in the system and ensure there is accuracy and compliant with accounting standards.
• Process invoices : Review invoices for proper documentation and enter them into the system and pay vendors / Service providers (Logistics) and maintain records of all payment vouchers.
• Reconcile accounts : Compare system reports to balances to verify entries, monthly reconciliation of Banks.
• Manage expenses : Record expenses to accounts and cost centres.
• Monitor accounts : Track accounts and outgoings
• Resolve payment issues : Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Taxation : Ensure compliance with local and state tax regulations.

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.

Good command in English writing and speaking.
