Uraian Tugas

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal Graduate, with a minimum 5 - 7 years of experience as in-house lawyer in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in Indonesia.

Work Location : Jakarta Office

Job Description :

  • Involve in improvement the procurement process by enhancing guidelines for the procurement of goods and services.
  • Support departments by ensuring compliance with regulations and reviewing legal documents.
  • Assist in litigation procedures and coordinate with external legal counsel.
  • Provide legal support for procurement and contract services.
  • Serve as an active member of the Bid Committee.
  • Draft legal documents including agreements, letters, Power of Attorney (POA), and Financial Service Agreement (FSA).
  • Offer legal advice to prevent or resolve potential disputes.
  • Organize and maintain corporate legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant regulations.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, including SKK Migas, government agencies, partners, and third parties.

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge and advanced understanding of the legal framework governing oil and gas operations, including regulatory, contractual, and business perspectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business processes and relevant procedures.
  • Strong lawyering skills including strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling Permit & Land Matters.
  • Bar Certificate holder is preferred, as well as experience in a law firm or handling litigation case(s).
  • Certification in PTK 007 certification is an advantage.
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the legal matter
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and peers.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Good computer skills relevant to legal works (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil & gas organizations).
