Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal Graduate, with a minimum 5 - 7 years of experience as in-house lawyer in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in Indonesia.

Job Description :
- Involve in improvement the procurement process by enhancing guidelines for the procurement of goods and services.
- Support departments by ensuring compliance with regulations and reviewing legal documents.
- Assist in litigation procedures and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal support for procurement and contract services.
- Serve as an active member of the Bid Committee.
- Draft legal documents including agreements, letters, Power of Attorney (POA), and Financial Service Agreement (FSA).
- Offer legal advice to prevent or resolve potential disputes.
- Organize and maintain corporate legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant regulations.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including SKK Migas, government agencies, partners, and third parties.
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge and advanced understanding of the legal framework governing oil and gas operations, including regulatory, contractual, and business perspectives.In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business processes and relevant procedures.Strong lawyering skills including strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience in handling Permit & Land Matters.Bar Certificate holder is preferred, as well as experience in a law firm or handling litigation case(s).Certification in PTK 007 certification is an advantage.Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the legal matterExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and peers.Advanced proficiency in English.Good computer skills relevant to legal works (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil & gas organizations).Subject : (Attorney) Application - (Your Name) .
