SUPERVISOR ACCOUNTING & TAX

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor Accounting & Tax to join our team at PT Gading Propertindo Indonesia, a leading real estate company in South Tangerang Banten. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax compliance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective tax management.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations

Manage the tax planning and filing process, including income tax, VAT, Report Tax

Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audit and tax compliance processes

Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making

Mentor and develop the accounting staff, fostering a strong team culture

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in accounting and tax

Thorough understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
