Overview

Responsible for leading and overseeing the entire logistics operations strategy, including warehousing, transportation and distribution. Develop and implement effective logistics and supply chain strategies. Ensure smooth distribution of goods from warehouses to stores / warehouse / customers. Lead and manage the logistics team to meet performance targets (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, shipping and inventory management processes.
• Analyze operational data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments for integrated operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
