Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

1. Implement performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

2. Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.

3. Analyze employee performance data to identify trends and improvements.

4. Manage initiatives that recognize and reward employee contributions to foster motivation and engagement.

5. Provide data-driven insights for performance appraisals.

6. Communicate policies effectively across teams.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Compensation / Reward and Performance Management.

2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistic, and Mathematics.

3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.

4. Strong analytical thinking and skills for data interpretation.

5. Knowledge of performance management and reward systems.

6. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
