Requirements
1. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Compensation / Reward and Performance Management.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistic, and Mathematics.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Strong analytical thinking and skills for data interpretation.
5. Knowledge of performance management and reward systems.
6. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
