About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale & Corporate Sales Lead to oversee and grow our corporate sales and wholesale operations. Our company specializes in curating high-quality daily goods from renowned global brands. The ideal candidate will lead a small team managing sales inquiries, develop strategic sales initiatives, and build long-term partnerships with corporate clients and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and Manage Sales Inquiry Team
- Mentor, train, and guide two sales inquiry staff members to enhance performance and customer service.
- Optimize workflows to ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Set and monitor KPIs such as response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
2. Strategic Sales Growth
Design and implement sales strategies targeting corporate clients and institutions for bulk orders.Identify and explore new market segments and industries for product introduction.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.3. Proactive Sales Outreach
Establish a regular outreach system to engage potential corporate clients.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and brand materials for bulk buyers.4. Collaboration and Coordination
Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns to maximize product visibility and promotions.Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.Work with finance to structure competitive pricing and discount models for bulk orders.5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Implement and optimize CRM systems to track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.Ensure diligent follow-up processes and nurture repeat corporate customers.Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.6. Sales Reporting and Analysis
Monitor sales data, inquiry volumes, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.Prepare detailed reports on team performance and sales forecasts for leadership review.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics.7. Upselling and Cross-Selling
Develop strategies to increase order values through upselling and cross-selling.Train staff to identify and act on upselling opportunities during customer interactions.Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on business development, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or B2B sales.Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring small sales teams.Demonstrated ability to create and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and customer relationships.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with the home and lifestyle product market is a plus but not mandatory.Comfortable with proactive outreach techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and attending industry events.
