Human Capital Field Operation Supervisor

Support the HC site in delivering human capital services and operational support to site locations, assisting in the effective execution of projects and activities.

Act as an on-site HC generalist for assigned areas, handling day-to-day workforce needs in talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, training logistics, and basic industrial relations tasks.

Support new project openings, assisting with preventive actions, and participating in investigations to ensure smooth human capital operations at all site locations.

Coordinate closely with the main office HC team to ensure consistent application of policies, maintain required reporting, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in mining, construction, oil & gas, or other site-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and site labor practices.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and adapt to remote working environments.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and problem-solving ability.
