Product Owner for Insurance Company

Job Description

Salesforce Certifications : Certified Administrator and Platform Developer.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform .

Proven experience leading or being actively involved in projects utilizing Salesforce.

Familiarity with the health or life insurance industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business specifications and requirements provided by the product / user team.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks for Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and QA / Testers to ensure alignment with product expectations.
• Identify potential risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Evaluate existing project plans and schedule meetings to discuss possible improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and Salesforce developments .
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with company policies and procedures .
