Senior KOL Specialist

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Content writer, or Make a brief & storyline for KOL's content or similar roles in beauty industries .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Has a broad network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, etc.).

Understands the latest social media trends and algorithms of major platforms.

Capable of analyzing KOL campaign performance using data to provide ROI reports and insights.

Able to come up with creative ideas for collaborations with KOLs aligned with the company’s branding strategy.

Proficient in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Experience with SEO writing and keyword optimization is a plus.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Job Description :

Develop and implement collaboration strategies with KOLs to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Research, select, and recruit KOLs that align with the target market and brand values.

Manage the negotiation process, from proposals to contract agreements with KOLs.

Oversee the execution of campaigns with KOLs, ensuring all deliverables align with the brief and expectations.

Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance to ensure results meet targets.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to integrate KOL strategies with the brand’s campaigns.

Manage the KOL campaign budget efficiently.

Stay updated with market trends and provide recommendations to improve KOL campaign effectiveness.

Prepare performance reports of KOL activities and provide insights for future strategy development.

Build long-term relationships with KOLs for potential future collaborations.

Write and develop creative storyline for various platforms social media (Instagram, Tiktok, etc).

Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across channels.
