Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation; manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
  • Create ideas to manage project expansion.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Skill Requirements

  • Technical expertise : A good understanding of full stack development (Rest API, Nest.JS, Laravel, Angular, PostgreSQL) and the ability to communicate effectively with technical team members.
  • Communication : Must be an effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Organization : Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
  • Time management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Risk management : Ability to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
  • Problem-solving : Ability to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
  • Leadership : Capable of leading their team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
  • Adaptability : Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
  • Experience as Project Management IT or Technical Lead in relevant mobile app development and website development projects.
  • Knowledge regarding API, Back End System, and Mobile App development.
  • Familiarity with data and project management tools.
  • Skills to create documentation flow and flow charts.
  • Conceptual thinking skills to create ideas and propose enhancements for projects.
