Job Role
The Partner Business Development Manager plays a strategic role in expanding and nurturing a high-performing cloud partner ecosystem. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across consulting, services, solutions, and sales to support the cloud business growth in Indonesia. By analyzing market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and partner capabilities, the manager continuously optimizes the partner network while also driving co-innovation and go‑to‑market success. This role also oversees partner lifecycle management, from onboarding to performance evaluation, and works closely with industry-specific partners to support solution development and market activation. With a strong understanding of cloud services, digital operations, and industry collaboration, the Cloud Ecosystem Development Manager contributes directly to its long-term cloud strategy, market penetration, and customer retention efforts in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Ecosystem Strategy and Development
- Identify, develop, and expand cloud consulting, sales, service, and solution partnerships to support ecosystem growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and business models for cloud partners in Indonesia.
- Analyze market trends, partner capabilities, and the cloud portfolio to continuously optimize the partner ecosystem.
- Foster collaboration with key industry players and strategic partners to co‑develop industry-specific solutions.
- Drive market expansion, sales growth, and brand recognition through a robust and future‑ready cloud ecosystem.
- Partner Lifecycle & Relationship Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of cloud partners, including onboarding, daily operations, enablement, and performance evaluation.
- Map out industry and regional ecosystems to identify and prioritize high‑potential partners.
- Strengthen long‑term partner engagement and ensure alignment with the cloud goals.
- Talent Development & Partner Enablement
- Design and manage partner training programs, both online and offline, to enhance technical and commercial capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of professional certification systems for partners.
- Go‑to‑Market
- Assist partners in solution development and successfully launching offerings in the cloud marketplace.
- Lead collaborative GTM strategies and joint engagements to drive business outcomes and partner success.
- Customer Success
- Lead digital operations within the cloud service ecosystem to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
- Strengthen customer retention and satisfaction through strategic ecosystem support and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
Education : at least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.Experience : at least 8 years of experience in Business Development functions and roles, particularly within the Cloud domain.Industry Expertise : ICT industry, with solid understanding of cloud products / services / solutions, such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, including strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems and related market dynamics.Language : English (professional fluency in spoken and written).Technical Expertise : strong network of potential partners within the cloud and ICT industries, and skilled in strategic analysis and professional social skills for effective partner engagement.Professional Qualities : excellent presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.Job Code : #166
