About the role

As the Supervisor HRGA, you will oversee the Human Resources and General Affairs functions at one of the companies located in the MM2100 industrial area. The company was established as a Japanese foreign investment (PMA).

This full-time position is based in Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java, and will involve leading a team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR and administrative services across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR and General Affairs departments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage a team of HR and GA professionals, providing guidance, support and performance feedback
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices to attract, develop and retain top talent
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and terminations
  • Manage the company's payroll, benefits and other HR administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process as a member of the HR leadership team
  • Has ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 certificates is an advantage

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within HR or General Affairs
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies
