What You Will Be Doing

Develop and Implement Full-Stack Features : Transform user stories into impactful solutions by clarifying requirements, designing scalable systems, coding both backend and frontend, conducting rigorous testing, and deploying to production.

Identify and Resolve Bugs : Conduct root cause analysis to fix underlying issues, not just symptoms, and utilize smart testing to prevent future regressions.

Enhance Code Quality : Evaluate plans and pull requests for clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from forming.

Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or complex backends without purpose

Mindlessly executing specs without grasping the underlying issues

Engaging in endless meetings about roadmaps and priorities or chasing after colleagues

Merely launching features; you'll focus on solving real problems

Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities

Leveraging AI to develop software that addresses genuine user needs, is quickly deployable, and remains sustainable in the long term

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years' experience in developing production-level web applications for both frontend and backend (any framework).

Strong sense of ownership : Proven track record of managing entire modules, product features, or teams, rather than isolated tasks

Ability to work independently : Skill in overcoming obstacles, setting your own pace, and navigating ambiguous scenarios

Experience with integrating generative AI into daily development activities

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
