Overview

We are hiring an Accounting & Tax Staff to join our fast-growing team. The compensation details are provided as base pay range by PT Pegasus Sinergi Solusindo; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop policies and system management for Finance & Accounting.
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle all aspects of Indonesian taxation, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT), ensuring timely and accurate calculation, reporting, and payment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Tax.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Staff or similar role, with strong knowledge and practical experience in Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
