We ask that you :
have at least Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree, majoring in accounting from a well-accredited and trusted university.
fresh graduates majoring in accounting are welcome.
proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
familiarity with applicable retail health and safety standards.
It would also be an advantage to have :
able to work well and stay focused under heavy workloads to meet certain deadlines
highly motivated, hard-working, quick to adapt

Position Summary :
We are seeking an organized and professional staff to manage our Shop. You will manage the inventory including the quality of products and services.
Responsibilities :
Perform sales & Overseeing the daily sales.
Responsible for the availability of the goods stored and sold in the School Shop, as well as the other items needed by students and school staff.
Carry out correct accounting practices which are in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
Ensure the accuracy of records and physical data of all items in the school shop.
Ensure that the physical stock report does not differ from the system
Cooperate well within the accounting department and across departments
Ensure that the quality of the goods purchased are in accordance with the order
