Minimum 5 - 7 year experience in the field.

Have accounting report bookkeeping capabilities.

Good command of Excel and Accounting software (accurate online is a must).

Good in team work communications

Nimble, has high initiative, patient, honest and CAREFUL

Have a Brevet A&B Tax certificate

Professional, good communication and leadership skill

Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related major

Willing to be placed at Ruko Osaka PIK2 ( near the Taman Doa Lady of akita )

Job Desc and Responsibilities :

Able to input all financial transactions into the accurate accounting system (Receivables and Payable)

Able to do the budgeting and assets depreciation

Review the payment transactions, loan disbursement and banking administration

Control the bank balance, receipts and expenditures into the accurate accounting system.

Issuing and Analyze the Company's financial statement reports

Performing corporate financial transactions

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements, and other reports) and Ensuring the implementation and recording of the company's accounting and financial records are carried out properly.

Forecast costs and revenues (budgeting)

Manage petty cash, bank transactions, & tax payments

Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies

Perform month-end and year-end closing

Collecting payment from clients and the required documents & administration
