Responsibilities : Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and / or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.

Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and / or reengineering.

Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows based on Blue Prism Process and Object Template and the like.

Create, develop and / or review business requirements documents (BRD), and solution design documents (SDD).

Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.

Embrace the RPA implementation best practices.

Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.

Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.

Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.

Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.

Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation process.

Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations / processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.

Analyse, determination of root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.

Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support.

Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Requirements : Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.

Possess 4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism (previously or current).

Advanced skills in understanding, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.

Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.

Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services / Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.

Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.

Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.

Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and / or AGILE methodology.

Prior hands-on experience in Terminal session RPA Automation (Blue Prism, UiPath, AA) with terminals like AS400 / VT, TN3270, TN5250 / VT, Mainframe etc.

Written and spoken fluency in English and / or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Bahasa Indonesia speaking clients / stakeholders.

Other Requirements : Ability to independently work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.

Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required.

Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international).
