Our respected client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in Indonesia. This role is critical in shaping and executing the sales strategy, driving market share expansion, and building a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales and commercial strategy to achieve business objectives, market share growth, and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development.
- Drive sales growth across all channels, including on-trade (hotels, bars, clubs) and off-trade (retail, supermarkets, e-commerce).
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand distribution and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive business execution.
- Work closely with marketing to design and implement promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).8-10 years of proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally in the FMCG or beverage industry within Indonesia.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of Indonesian market dynamics, distribution networks, and key accounts.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.High integrity and professional ethics.Results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
