Responsibilities
- Develop the overall bancassurance business and monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to comply with local regulations and to achieve bank partner targets.
- Manage and engage bank partner relationships to ensure smooth delivery of targets and to create customers in collaboration with bank partners.
- Review sales performance and supervise the sales strategy development team (coaching, sales techniques, objection handling).
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major.More than 10 years of experience in bancassurance sales.Strong leadership skills, selling skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to translate data into action.Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.Having AI-related skills is advantageous, including :Data Analysis
