Uraian Tugas

To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following The Park Hyatt Jakarta Standards of Performance and Policy and Procedure.

To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to sub ordinates to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.

To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of The Spa and Gym or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.

To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.

To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Gym and spa services and products and the ability to up sell alternatives.

To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints, incident or problems to The Spa leaders if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

To attend meeting as and when required.

To allocate duties to subordinate staff.

To inspect staff & equipment.

Communication of staff problems and dealing with difficult staff.

To make weekly duty roster for Fitness trainer / instructor, Guests service officer / Spa reception, Pool attendant / Spa runner, Spa attendant / Locker attendant, Aesthetician / therapist.

To control and make sure Aesthetician / therapist follow treatment procedure at all time during service delivery. And make periodically update base on operation needs.

Must ensure that all areas are kept clean at all times.

Must ensure that the aestheticians adhere to appointment timings.

Monitor status of all equipment and notify the Spa Manager or Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs.Promptly record equipment issues in the log book i.e. Fixtures missing etc., and notify the engineering maintenance personnel.

Ensure that the aestheticians restock professional products in designated treatment room by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times.

Promote events and promotions to all guests.

Responsible for achieving daily Spa sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target.

To perform professional massage service to guests as and when required (Team leader- aesthetic).

To ensure the hotel’s Employee Handbook is read and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

To comply with local legislation a required.

To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.

To be flexible in the job function and perform any other reasonable duties and assigned (Willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks).

To create report (daily, weekly, monthly) or charts for management.

Handling month end report from Spa soft.

Responsible to update Spa soft with new treatment / price, roster, therapist (all data required in Spa soft).

Provide familiarization programme for new employees of other departments.

To conduct refresher training for current associates and train new associates.

To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments / areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field

Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain

Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages

Strong in leadership and business acumen

Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
