Position : Executive Assistant Manager

Qualifications :

• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, including F&B, Room Divisions, and other key departments.
• Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with Brand Quality Standards and regulatory requirements, including food safety and hygiene; HACCP.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments to create seamless and memorable guest experiences.
• Proven experience working closely with the GM to implement strategic initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Involvement in Sales & Marketing and promotional activities to support and boost overall property revenue.
