This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys taking ownership of workflows and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
- Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
- Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule
- Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines
