Responsibilities
- Own a revenue & margin target; maintain a 3× pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
- Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting → solution scoping → proposals / BOQs → negotiation → close.
- Project / Spec sales : work with contractors, consultants, and developers to secure specifications.
- Channel sales (modern trade) : plan promotions, launches, and in-store activation with dealers; execute joint business plans.
- Accounts : collaborate with teams to configure solutions with sustainability benefits.
- Coordinate with supply chain, pricing, technical service, and credit to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Uphold SCG’s Code of Conduct , safety, and ESG standards in all customer engagements.
Qualifications
2–6 years of B2B sales in building materials, packaging, or industrial products.Strong hunting and key-account skills; negotiation discipline and pricing acumen.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English ; solid CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).Advantage : experience with project / spec selling or modern-trade execution.What We Offer
