About The Role :
Business Expansion Officer (Hunter) has main responsibility to acquiring new merchants as well as maintaining relation with existing merchants in order to achieve business acquisition goals.
What Will You Do :
- Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants-related to TPV & TPT achievement.
- Assist and ensure integration process for partners on-boarding.
- Responsible for retaining existing merchants; keep merchants active and productive.
- Responsible for good relationship with partners and banks.
- Gather merchant’s feedback.
- Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Handle administrative works related to merchant's data (e.g craft new sales proposals and contract renewals).
What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years in merchant acquisition, relationship management, or business development, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.Soft Skill Requirements :
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple merchant accounts effectively.Technical Skill Requirements :
