Qualifications :

⭕ 2–5 years in UX research or related fields.

⭕ Prior work in product / tech companies is a big plus.

⭕ Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

⭕ Research methods : qualitative (interviews, usability testing), quantitative

(surveys, A / B testing, analytics).

⭕ Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, R, or SQL is a plus).

⭕ Excellent communication & storytelling (turning research into insights).

⭕ Able to speak English fluently or Mandarin Chinese is a plus!

Responsibilities :

⚪ Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability

testing).

⚪ Study customer behavior, needs, and pain points.

⚪ Work with Product Managers, UX / UI Designers, and Engineers to integrate

insights.

⚪ Influence product roadmap with data-driven recommendations.

⚪ Run usability tests for prototypes, features, and live products.

⚪ Conduct A / B testing and interpret behavioral data.

⚪ Deliver findings in clear reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations.

⚪ Advocate for the user in every product decision.

⚪ Monitor product performance through analytics & feedback loops.

⚪ Stay updated on UX best practices and research methodologies.
