We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medior Backend Engineer to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Medior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining backend applications and services for our client's projects. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, working on exciting projects and contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend applications and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Design and implement robust and secure APIs.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role, preferably at a medior level.

Proven experience in leading a small team of software engineers is a plus.

Strong programming skills in multiple stack languages, including but not limited to : Golang, Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C++, etc.

Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta or Bandung.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working on complex backend development projects.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
