Key Responsibilities
- Lead as coach and mentor to all sales staff, particularly Sales Managers.
- Ensure high standards of performance, achievement, and personal growth for the sales team.
- Administer and support all company and sales policies and guidelines.
- Deliver required sales targets and actively exceed site lead objectives.
- Represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner.
- Train, educate, and monitor performance goals of all sales employees.
- Monitor performance of sales consultants and take corrective action where required.
- Actively participate in or conduct sales meetings and training sessions.
- Acknowledge the achievements of team members and share the role of presenter / trainer as required.
- Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct and adhere to company best practices.
- Support company marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.
- Establish a positive team attitude toward exceeding site-generated lead objectives.
- Develop community relations between the company and the neighborhood.
- Utilise sales, marketing, and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site on a profitable basis.
- Stay current with required government licenses, ensuring all employees remain current with required government licenses, work permits, visa’s, etc.
Job Requirements
Sound leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management.Ability to conduct effective, inspiring, and motivating sales meetings.Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs / values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.Sound problem solving and negotiation skills.Positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to motivate sales staff to high levels of performance.Excellent communication skills and team building skills.Works independently as well as a team player.Ability to act as a positive, professional role model.Ability to work effectively with all level’s employee and guests.Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business.Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.About the Company
