You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and controls — not just to keep things in check, but to drive smarter, faster decisions across the company.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to guide business growth.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely, accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Manage relationships with external partners : auditors and banks.
• Support IPO readiness activities including financial audits, compliance documentation, and reporting standards alignment.
