Job Description
- Manages and supports Enterprise Software System and SaaS.
- Implement and Maintain enterprise software system across all entities of the company.
- Review or propose solutions to business / operation issue using enterprise software system.
- Create reports for operation / business users to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software / system upgrades and patches.
- Support and Troubleshoot enterprise software related issues.
