Uraian TugasDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree or certification in Supply Chain / Procurement is an advantage. 5–10 years of experience in MEP procurement within construction or EPC environments. Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing systems for MEP projects. Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Able to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and material requirements. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supplier evaluation skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cost management abilities. Good command of English (spoken and written).
Lead and manage the procurement process for materials and services related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
- Review and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements and schedules.
- Manage vendor qualification, performance evaluation, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Review technical documents such as BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and contractual standards.
