Job brief

Currenly my company looking for Educator position for the placement in the biggest FMCG beauty company at Pekanbaru, this role for responsible handling educator hair style team capability through structured training and coaching programs. The position ensures consistent implementation of brand standards, product knowledge, and technical hair stylist.

Responsibilities

Provide training on hair cutting, coloring, styling, hair treatment, etc.
Train on the use of salon products (shampoo, hair color, treatment, styling tools)
Teach customer service standards in accordance with SOPs
Provide mentoring and coaching
Develop curriculum
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Promote products and brand awareness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Male / Female, maximum age 35

Experience as an Educator / Trainer for a Beauty / Salon Brand or Supervisor Salon / Beauty Clinic

Selling skills in retail and / or massage skills are a plus

Basic English

Good communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office

Basic social media / digital skills
