You'll create impact by :

• Participating in a specifically designed general or functionally defined introduction program.
• Actively gaining a broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional or management career with Siemens.
• Completing tasks assigned in the respective stages of the program.
• Working on assigned projects, contributing to solution development, and proposing new ideas based on your academic background.
• Keeping in touch with the program coordinator and your supervisor (mentor).
• Seeking feedback and considering it for your development.
