Uraian Tugas

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Food Technology / Industrial Engineering only.
  • MUST HAVE at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager Key Account / Marketing (B to B), or 5 years of experience as Senior Supervisor Key Account / Marketing in Pharmaceutical / Food & Beverage industries.
  • Proficient in products within the Pharmaceutical / F&B / Supplement / OT fields and a comprehensive understanding of marketing business processes.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the Pharmaceutical / Food & Beverage industries.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills, project management abilities, the capacity to influence people, networking capabilities, adept at presentations, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
  • Proficient in English language skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate B2B partnerships with local and overseas customers.
  • Focus on achieving company profit targets with both new and existing products.
  • Identify business potentials and develop marketing strategies to reach new customers and new projects.
  • Develop successful working relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor Key Accounts team to ensure achievement of individual targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
