About Sales & Marketing Business Head
Sales & Marketing Business Head has a wide range of roles and responsibilities that common duties include developing and executing the business sales & marketing strategy, managing its budget and resources, leading and developing staff, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating performance, identifying new opportunities for growth, and representing the business unit in internal and external forums. Must ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy, vision, and objectives; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence; identify and resolve issues; implement continuous improvement initiatives; and pursue new opportunities for growth, expansion, and diversification.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive product knowledge, Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them, Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives, Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts, Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives and Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Leadership and Strategy : Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the Sales & Marketing Business.
- Global Distribution : Oversee the expansion of our distribution network globally, ensuring our brands and products reach new markets and dealers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Brand Management : Ensure the consistent representation and promotion of IndoSpace brands across all markets. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective brand strategies.
- Supply Chain Management : Directly manage supply chain operations, leveraging our factory to ensure efficient production, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
- Quality Control : Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency through rigorous quality assurance processes in our factory.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and partners. Address their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
- Inventory Management : Work closely with the Inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the availability of products to meet market demand without overstocking.
- Financial Oversight : Manage the Sales & Marketing business’s budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales marketing business operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the IndoSpace Wholesale / B2B unit.
- Sales Forecasting : Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market trends and performance.
What You Will Need
Required
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing leadership roles, with a significant portion dedicated to the furniture industry.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Very strong strategic marketing concept and execution capabilities, with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies.Demonstrable success in driving brand awareness and market share growth for multiple product lines.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.Location : Semarang, Indonesia
