Uraian TugasDesign DC products / scenario solutions (system architecture, requirement decomposition); design UPS batteries, temperature control, power modules, monitoring, etc.; lead in solving key technical issues. Strong knowledge and experience about industry trends, planning directions, customer needs, product competitiveness; provide multi-dimensional competitiveness improvement plans. Major in electrical engineering, electronic science or related; ≥ 3 years of professional experience. Familiar with Huawei's product workflow and system design methods. Good communication skills; proactive and enterprising. Strong practical ability; deep understanding of data center topology / industry knowledge; form independent insights. Understand customer bid requirements; complete scenario solutions; ensure product correctness and deliverability.
Responsibilities
- Use marketing digital tools for in-depth market and customer insights.
- Grasp customers' business needs; guide medium- and long-term planning; positively impact their budgets.
- Understand bid requirements; independently design single-industry scenario solutions.
- Track leads / opportunities; participate in project strategy; engage deeply in product technical operations.
- Coordinate internal / external resources to ensure project success; turn solution advantages into competitive edges.
- Assess delivery risks and propose avoidance measures.
