Uraian TugasOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and internal controls. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Support management with financial insights and recommendations for business growth. Supervise and guide the finance & accounting team. Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Our client is a luxurious beach villa nestled on one of the most idyllic islands of the Nusa Islands, Indonesia. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting procedures, taxation, reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic support to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Financial Controller or in a senior finance / accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting procedures and internal control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and develop the finance team.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
