Industry : Education and Training sector, specializing in vocational

and non-formal learning programs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university;

majoring in engineering education or vocational learning would be an advantage.

Should have minimum 3 years of

professional work experience as Head of Vocational School.

Have experience related to non-formal

education development and establishment.

Excellent leadership and managerial

skills.

Have strong analytical ability, attention

to details, with

good communication and teamwork skills.

Main Job Description :

Manage school development plan and

implementation; including administrative tasks related to new non-formal education development.

Lead effective and efficient functioning of

the vocational learning center.

Establish and maintain good relationships

within internal organization, management, and third parties.

Keep up-to-date with developments in

vocational education and professional training.
