Business Development Supervisor

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Supervisor with a strong finance background to lead a team in driving strategic growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. This role combines business development leadership with financial insight to support data-driven decision-making and high-impact growth initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating a Feasibility Study for projects.
• Support the bunker tender process for ships.
• Assist in analyzing and making Financial Investment Decisions .
• Help superiors with permit processing and tax reporting.
• Supervise a business development team focused on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the financial sector (e.g., B2B clients, investors, institutional partners).
• Analyze financial data and market trends to assess business performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies, budgeting, and ROI assessments for potential deals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, strategy, and product teams to align business goals with financial targets.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and prepare detailed performance and financial reports for senior management.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, investment proposals, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
• Represent the company at financial conferences, industry events, and investor meetings.
