• Develop high-voltage electrical system designs for substations, transmission lines, and power distribution networks.
• Perform load flow, short-circuit, and arc flash studies.
• Select and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NEC).
• Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment.
• .Conduct system performance analysis and troubleshoot issues
• Implement corrective actions and ensure proper system integration.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for high-voltage systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults in power systems.
• Optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.)

• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Having a minimum of 5–10 years of experience in high-voltage electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (ETAP, DIgSILENT, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of high-voltage protection and control systems.
• Understanding of SCADA, relay coordination, and grid interconnection.
• A professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in field conditions, substations, and industrial facilities.
