Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of 3-5 active sales professionals in the FinTech industry. The successful candidate will drive the team’s performance, oversee daily operations, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. A strong command of English, excellent management skills, and previous experience in leading teams are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of 3-5 sales professionals
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Drive the team’s performance to meet and exceed sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company standards
- Conduct regular training sessions and meetings to boost team performance and morale
- Collaborate closely with upper management to align team activities with organizational objectives
- Generate and analyze reports on sales activities and outcomes
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Team Lead and Sales Manager, preferably managing teams of similar sizeExcellent English language skills, both verbal and writtenStrong leadership, motivational, and management skillsPrior experience in the FinTech industry will be considered a significant advantageDemonstrated ability to drive sales performance and meet challenging targetsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsWe Offer
